Stretch your hands out on either side of you. During a count of 5, raise your arms to over your head (think of your hands describing the outside of a circle). Hold for a count of 5, and then lower them during the next count of 5.

Simple?

You bet! But these exercises work.

Do them on your deck or in the living room watching t.v.

Pilates?

Do you know you can also do many pilates exercises while sitting?

Dumbbells? You betcha. Triceps curls, biceps curls, side raises, more.

You just use dumbbells during these exercises to increase the resistance and intensify the workout. In fact, dumbbell training while sitting down is very effective for developing strength and muscle as it isolates the muscle.

My wife (whose picture is on the cover you see above) became wheelchair bound due to diabetic neuropathy.
