Consider kicking up your aerobic training to the next gear. Add intervals. After warming up, if you run - every minute or so break into a semi sprint. If you walk, every minute or so jog. After 15 - 30 seconds, return to regular speed. After 1 - 2 minutes - repeat. Work your way up to 6 - 8 intervals. You will accomplish more in less time and get better fitness results.
Include strength training in your workout. At least twice a week. This doesn't have to be with weights. Body weight exercises are excellent. Look at a gymnast.
