Exercise Tips #1
Consider kicking up your aerobic training to the next gear. Add intervals. After warming up, if you run - every minute or so break into a semi sprint. If you walk, every minute or so jog. After 15 - 30 seconds, return to regular speed. After 1 - 2 minutes - repeat. Work your way up to 6 - 8 intervals. You will accomplish more in less time and get better fitness results.

Exercise Tips #2
Include strength training in your workout. At least twice a week. This doesn't have to be with weights. Body weight exercises are excellent. Look at a gymnast.

Exercise Tips #3
Add the Swiss Ball to your exercise equipment. This might be the best exercise tip I can give you. Almost every exercise you do now on the floor can be done on the swissball and the end result is your body core will get a better workout and you will get better and quicker results.

Exercise Tips #4
Be sure to include stretching in your routine. You will have less injuries and stretching your muscles really doesn allow them to perform better.
